Logistics Coordinator

Description

  • Support the Logistics Manager in performing, controlling, and managing the overall logistics of the devices (On Board Units)
  • Work in close contact with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Respond to, analyse, resolve, and manage the quality of goods and services matters, retrospectively and proactively
  • Initiate and follow up OBU repair/upgrade campaigns
  • Perform quality checks on both, OBU logistics and OBU refurbishment processes
  • Provide administrative support on incoming and outgoing OBU orders
  • Work in close contact with the Data Analytics team to analyse OBU logistical data

The Logistics Coordinator is capable to adapt to all kinds of situations, ranging from participating in management meetings to supporting in the field.

Technical skills

Must have

  • Acquainted with IT-related environment and logistics
  • 3+ logistics or quality management position
  • Analysis and resolution of business process matters
  • Good analytical skills and presentation skills using common office tools
  • Hands-on approach in short term problem solving

  • Formulating and implementing innovative solutions and proposals
  • Acting with consideration of influences and consequences of own decisions or actions on other parts of the organisation
  • Flexible handling of setbacks, changes and stressful situations. Ability to remain positive, efficient, and effective in crisis situations or extremely difficult times and situations

Degree and years of experience

  • Bachelor or equivalent by experience
  • 3 to 5 years with relevant experience in logistics

Dutch: Good
English: Good
French: Good
