My billing documents state ‘payment requested’. What should I do?

You do not have to take any action to pay the bill, since it has already been paid. For prepaid, you already paid upfront with the top-ups you purchased. If you are on a post-paid scheme, your payment is taken care of by your credit card or fuel card issuer, by your Business Partner or by direct debit.
