Description
Within Satellic, the Procurement & Supplier Management Department is responsible for procurement procedures and supplier contracts.
- Supporting or taking lead in the managing of indirect procurement categories e.g. leasing vehicles, rental agreements, consultancy agreements, logistics, insurance, roadside equipment, payment providers, construction, etc.;
- Market research;
- Managing (or assisting) in RFP processes in good cooperation with related departments followed by analysis and conclusion to the Sr. Mgt.;
- Contract negotiations with suppliers and /or consultants with support from legal;
- Administration in the Procure to Pay system and/or contract management database;
- Project follow up and reporting.
Knowledge and competences
You have 3 – 5 y experience in an international environment within procurement preferably with indirect spend categories.

- Accurate in administration
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch or French
- Very good command of the English language
- Strong interest in economic, technical and entrepreneurial contexts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
