Satellic NV is the Company that is in charge of collecting road toll charges in Belgium using a GNSS based tolling system. The system is based on mobile devices (On Board Units, OBU), which are mounted inside the vehicle, and collect the charge to be forwarded to a central backend system. The Customer Services department is the interface to the road users and responsible for the registrations and call center.
Within the Customer Care Service the candidate will be responsible for
Efficient handling of Customer Requests and Complaints involving extensive direct email/ phone contact with customers, suppliers and internal product managers
Supporting of the set-up of 2nd line processes and procedures
Call script modelling
Continual Service Improvement
The ideal candidate has
Proven 1st or 2nd line support experience
Required Language Skills: Very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
Bachelor or equivalent by experience.
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle conflicts and cope with criticism
Tools: MS Office, and experience with one or more CRM systems
Team player, pro-active and initiative taking
Interest in innovative services
