2nd line agent customer support - Satellic

For our Customer Services department, We are looking for candidates who can set up, operate and continuously improve our 2nd line support.

What your job will look like:

During the set-up phase you will be responsible for:

Working out the necessary technical and processual know-how
Getting familiar with the used technical systems
Documentation of FAQs and call scripts
Support of test operations
Knowledge transfer to 1st line hotline partners (e.g. train the trainer)
Set-up of internal incident processes (involving internal departments)
 

During the later regular operations phase you will be responsible for:

Efficient handling of partner Incidents and Complaints via email/ phone and, if necessary, involving internal departments (Incident Management)
Documentation of all calls and cases in the CRM system (for history and reporting reasons)
Identification of systematic errors (Problem Management)
Continuous improvement of 1st line resolution rate
Continuous Service Improvement, ensure that SLAs are met
Administration and continuous improvement of knowledge base
Support and set-up of our partners

Your profile:

The ideal candidate has:

a good understanding of complex technical systems
proven 2nd line support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook and experience with one or more CRM systems
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Required Language Skills (verbal and written): perfectly fluent German and English, both being an absolute must
Ability to handle conflicts and cope with criticism
Team player, pro-active, creative and initiative taking
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Problem solver. You like to help your colleagues/ customers and to solve their problems

Customer service support

Satellic NV is the Company that is in charge of collecting road toll charges in Belgium using a GNSS based tolling system. The system is based on mobile devices (On Board Units, OBU), which are mounted inside the vehicle, and collect the charge to be forwarded to a central backend system.

The Customer Services department is the interface to the road users and responsible for the registrations and call center. 
 
Within the Customer Care Service the candidate will be responsible for

·         Efficient handling of Customer Requests and Complaints involving extensive direct email/ phone contact with customers, suppliers and internal product managers

·         Supporting of the set-up of 2nd line processes and procedures

·         Call script modelling

·         Continual Service Improvement

 The ideal candidate has

·         Proven 1st or 2nd line support experience

·         Required Language Skills: perfectly fluent German, very good English, any additional languages are a plus

Satellic is working for Viapass, an inter-regional entity which represents the Flemish, Wallonian and Brussels regions.

The Enforcement Services Department determines whether passing truck drivers comply with the new Kilometer charging toll collection law. Automated Vehicle Identification will identify toll violators and Enforcement Services provides the data to the Belgian Government. Enforcement services sets up a wide network of mobile and fixed toll control equipment.

Tasks

Take meeting minutes during key meetings
Support the Head of Department in creation of presentations, communication and other administrative tasks
Manage user accounts (create, renew, cancel) for the different IT environments for internal and external users
Support in logging tickets for defects and incidents
Manage procurement requests from creation to delivery
Manage process documentation
Create and maintain procedure handbook
Support the enforcement team in administrative tasks

Profile
