Key Account Manager

Description

  • Manage and extend the relationships with key accounts (large transport companies, Business Partners, transport federations and local fuel companies). Ensure they are engaged and getting the most value from our services
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Visit key accounts on a regular basis
  • Understand the demands and needs of the Business Partners and plan how to meet these demands by leveraging the Satellic organisation
  • Give structured feedback to internal Satellic departments on new market developments and requirements
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Be the main internal promotor and leader for the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Defend Satellic market share and revenue on a daily basis

Your profile

  • Affinity with the tolling industry, transport or a comparable experience
  • Proven successful account management or other relevant experience (5+ years)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • User experience with CRM systems. Willingness and ability to be the internal CRM ambassador
  • A positive mindset, the ability to work independently and speak-out when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch, French, and English
