Freelance Marketing Manager (6 months contract)

Job description

Marketing

  • Analyse customer insights and marketing best practices to set-up the marketing plan including an advertisement, omnichannel communication and sales plan. Define budget, timeline for execution and KPIs. Leverage internal support and drive collaboration. Obtain management buy-in and approval
  • Lead the execution of the marketing plan. Ensure timing and budget is respected and KPIs are positive
  • Review touchpoints with customers ensuring we inform and communicate in a clear and effective manner (use of Satellic products and services, manuals, written materials and other)

Business Partners

  • Interact with Satellic Business Partners to expand and leverage existing partnerships
  • Launch concrete proposals to strengthen existing partnerships or set-up new ones

CRM platform

  • Be the adoption lead and internal ambassador for the new CRM system
  • Gather structured feedback from field trial customers on new Satellic products & services, but also on the new CRM platform
  • Set-up and be accountable for internal training on the new CRM system and new Satellic products and Services

  • Comfortable in a temporary role which can possibly be extended

Skills

  • IT literate with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Business acumen

Degree and years of experience

  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role with budget responsibility
  • A thorough understanding of how to apply a segmentation
  • Experience in launching new products and services is a plus
  • Experience in project management is a plus, preferably leading a project

Language skills

  • English: Good
  • Dutch / French: Good knowledge of at least one of these languages is preferred
