Customer Service Technical Administrator

Job content

  • Efficient handling of customer requests and complaints via extensive direct e-mail/telephone contacts with customers, suppliers, and internal product managers (case handling)
  • Contributing to calling campaigns through extensive telephone contacts with the Road Users
  • System and business reporting in APEX based on SQL queries
  • Programming configuration of flows and functions by setting conditions and validation parameters

Technical skills

Must have

  • MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Passionate about programming (no certifications required)
  • Knowledge of Visio (or similar)
  • Knowledge of CRM and experience with case management
  • Basic knowledge of reporting in SQL

Nice to have

  • Technical knowledge of SalesForce (Admin & case handling)
  • Knowledge of Polish

Degree and years of experience

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Language skills

  • Dutch: Mothertongue / Excellent
  • English: Good
  • French: Good

  • Going the extra mile for the road user within the limits within the area of the responsibilities
  • Formulating and implementing innovative solutions and proposals
  • Acting with attention to details and focus on avoiding mistakes
