The Customer Support department is the interface to the Road Users and is responsible for the call centre. As a 2nd line Customer Support Agent you are an expert in our products and services.
We are looking for several 2nd Line Agents for a fixed-term contract of maximum 3 months. After this period a contract of indefinite duration may be possible.
Day-to-day job package
Efficient handling of customer requests and complaints via extensive direct e-mail/telephone contacts with customers, suppliers and internal product managers
Supporting the creation of 2nd line processes and procedures
Contributing to calling campaigns through extensive telephone contacts with the Road Users
Contributing to the constant improvement of the department.
Ideally, you already have a first work experience, preferably in a support function at a customer service.
A very good oral and written knowledge of English and Dutch or French are an absolute must and you are also strong in telephone communication.
Sufficient knowledge of Word and Excel are also a must-have.
You work in a very customer-oriented manner and you can adapt flexibly and easily to any possible changes in your duties.
You can handle any conflict situations with the Road Users in a calm manner.
