2nd line Customer Support Agent


The Customer Support department is the interface to the Road Users and is responsible for the call centre. As a 2nd line Customer Support Agent you are an expert in our products and services.

We are looking for several 2nd Line Agents for a fixed-term contract of maximum 3 months. After this period a contract of indefinite duration may be possible.

Day-to-day job package

  • Efficient handling of customer requests and complaints via extensive direct e-mail/telephone contacts with customers, suppliers and internal product managers
  •  Supporting the creation of 2nd line processes and procedures
  • Contributing to calling campaigns through extensive telephone contacts with the Road Users
  • Contributing to the constant improvement of the department.

Your profile

  • Ideally, you already have a first work experience, preferably in a support function at a customer service
  • A very good oral and written knowledge of English and Dutch or French are an absolute must and you are also strong in telephone communication
  • Sufficient knowledge of Word and Excel are also a must-have
  • You work in a very customer-oriented manner and you can adapt flexibly and easily to any possible changes in your duties
  • You can handle any conflict situations with the Road Users in a calm manner
  • You are interested in working in an innovative environment and you are a team player who works in a proactive manner. You are a problem solver, you like to take initiative, you are committed to your job and you are motivated to fully commit yourself.
